Cindi Schaefer entered the interior design world in 2003 after serving her country for 21 years and retiring from the Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant. After completing design school from the Art Institute in Tucson, Arizona, she was excited to put her new talents to work. She has worked with numerous clients over her eight year stay in Arizona. While her passion is contemporary modern, she thrives equally as well with southwest, traditional, old world, Tuscan, mid century modern, to French country styles. Her talents expand to extensive experience with not only furniture but also encompasses such things as window treatments, lighting, accessorizing, color consultations, as well as total remodels.
Cindi moved to beautiful downtown San Diego late 2012, with her dog Slush, leaving her son, Taylor, in Tucson to further his education. In just a few years, Cindi made her mark in the San Diego design world, and in September 2015, decided to take on another new challenge, and venture out as an independent designer, opening her own business, Cindi Schaefer Designs. Cindi and her new dog Mojo are excited about this new chapter in their lives and she is looking forward to continued success with her clients as an interior designer in sunny California.
